He started crawling a few weeks ago and is into everything! His crawling style started out with one leg straight while the other leg and his arms did the crawling. We called it the dead leg crawl as he was dragging that leg behind him. But he's figured out how to use the other leg now and he's crawling much faster now. He loves to go for cords, computers, and anything else he isn't supposed to have. As a result, he's learning the word No and he's not a fan.
His personality is really starting to come out and its so fun to see the little person he is shaping up to be. He can be very charming, when he wants to be, and loves to smile and interact with people when we go out. He is demanding, and let's you know that he's not happy. He is a hot mess when he gets too hungry and I think he inherited that from me. He is starting to figure out how to chase and be chased, and loves to be tickled.
Cole enjoys bath time and has figured out how to splash. He likes to splash in the water and is starting to make bigger messes with the water. Its hard to believe this was the same kid who 7 months ago screamed bloody murder if you gave him a bath. Cole has some new swimsuits to try out in the pool this summer. I know his brother can't wait to take him.
He finally had his first tooth pop through this week. He has three more that should show up soon. I'm excited for his teeth to finally show up but it also makes me a little sad that he won't have his gummy smile anymore. But that comes with the parenting territory. You are happy for them when they reach each milestone but sad for the reminder they are growing up.
